Which is the costliest area in London?

Among the Local Authorities that make up London, Kensington and Chelsea has the highest cost in House prices. Data released by the ONS states that the area had prices of    £19,400 per square metre. This is followed by the Borough of the 'City of London' at  £17,300. City of Westminster comes third at  £16,200 while at fourth is Camden at  £12,700.
